Refund Policy

Delgar Publishing wants every reader to feel the book was worth it. Here is how refunds work for each edition.

Paperback

Paperback copies are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Returns and refunds for those orders are handled by Amazon under its own returns policy, through the Amazon account used to order.

Digital edition

The digital edition is not yet on sale. No digital payments can currently be made. The final refund terms for the digital edition will be published on this page before checkout is activated.

How to request a refund

Send your request through the contact form on this site with the date of purchase and the email used at checkout. A dedicated book support email address is being set up and will be published here once it is live.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — almost every issue is faster to fix directly.
